Custom Time-Zone on Eloqua's Time-Stamp

Hello,

I am currently attempting to add a custom timezone to the dates and times collected in eloqua. I have already changed all the profiles in the environment so they say they are in the requiered timezone. Nonetheless, Eloqua still saves dates with the UTC instead of CET. Moreover, I have tried using the date-calculator in a program canvas but due to the summer and winter time changes this is not a long-term solution. Has someone come across a solution?
