Program Builder emails not showing in Profiler

Is there a way to show the emails sent to a user / contact from Program Builder in the profiler?

We have setup a journey to send emails to customers using Program Builder instead of usual campaign canvas because we have to send multiple emails to same contact based on multiple CDO records linked to one contact and its unique attributes to be merged in emails.

But the emails sent are not reflecting in profiler or even in recent activities for those contacts. It's surprising ! Any help / tips or tricks will be appreciated.

    The only time these emails would show up in Profiler is if the email is also used in a Campaign, as Program Builder emails are not considered marketing activity.

    I see support team responded to your request. Here is the information on this thread.

    Eloqua can track contact activity and not custom object activities. These activities are stored on the contact level and not CDO level. The only way to track these activities is to send emails from campaigns/programs and ensure these emails are tracked.

    You will not be able to track these activities for CDO email sending and this is the reason you are unable to see the activity within profiler or contact activity log.

    Thanks for taking time and writing. I have already posted it in Dream it section.

    However, it's counter intuitive that an email is going out from Eloqua to a contact but it's not saved in contact table.

    At first place, if campaign canvas had capabilities to handle complex issues like sending multiple emails to same contact at the same time with different personalisation information, why will someone use Program Builder, isn't it?

    I think, for the moment we will sacrifice the tracking in profiler for our emails because sending right content is more important.
