Responsys Live Report missing Launch Date

Have anyone had an issue with a daily e-mail that has a missing launch date in the Live Report?

We have an example where we are sure there was a launch, there are even email sends on that date in Interactive dashboards... but no launch date in the dropdown.

    Thank you for reaching out to the community forum with your question.

    We strongly recommend customers to use the Sent Date not the Launch Date for reporting purposes. Interactive Dashboards are based on Send Date, not launch date, for this reason.
