Welcome to “Tip Tuesday”! Each week we post interesting tips and tricks for Eloqua users, on Tuesdays. To see more Tip Tuesday posts, head here.

This week's tip has been shared by @ShilpiBhatt-Oracle, an Oracle Senior Technical Account Manager.

Did you know that you can send segments directly to your inbox (csv format) on a set schedule?

Many times, customers come to us asking if they can have segment exported in an automated way. For example, a customer may want to send A1 lead score contacts to sales team. Luckily, the answer is YES, and it's straightforward to do so!

Let's walk through the steps:

Create a segment -> for example: contacts with A1 lead scores to be send to sales team.

Now, go to Audience -> Tools -> Data Export and Import -> Data Export -> click on “+” sign -> fill in the below details like Export Name, when you would like to run the export and to whom the notification should go under “Export Settings” tab.

Now, fill in Data tab -> data set, data type, contact view and segment name.

Later, hit save. Your export is saved and will run on scheduled day and time.

To test the report -> Go to Overview tab of the export section and hit run now. It will send the segment to your inbox.

And that's it!

Thanks for the great tip @ShilpiBhatt-Oracle!
