How to clear out the pending internal events or external calls?

Summary:
Our entire integration queue is backlogged due to too many web visits in our pending queue. How can we clear out the queue so that our Leads and other important data can reach our CRM in a timely manner?

Hello,
If you are trying to clear out the pending Internal Events or External calls, you will need to contact Eloqua Product Support. Please include the names of the pending external calls and/or internal events if relevant.
Very Importantly, please note that once the queue is cleared, you will be unable to recover the external calls and/or internal events that have been cleared from your queue.
