    Hello,

The Field Mapping function writes the data in the selected custom object record fields to the mapped Contact/Account fields.

    1. Navigate to Audience > Custom Objects > locate and open the desired custom object asset
    2. Click the Custom Object icon on the top-right > select Field Mapping
    3. Map all desired fields
    4. Click Save and Close

Please note that the custom object records must be mapped to Contacts/Accounts in order for the Field Mapping to function.

Data is only written to the Contact/Account when:

    1. A custom object record is first created
    2. The record that the custom object is mapped to is changed
    3. A form submission updates the custom object record

Any subsequent changes made to the custom object record are not written to the mapped entity.
