19D Benefit Summary Page - 'Note' Section

Hi,
I am facing issue with saving the notes in the latest 19D benefit redesign page.
Navigation - Benefit Administration > Enrollments > Search for person > Benefit Summary page appears > scroll down > Note section > Adding comments/notes > click on Save > Nothing appears in that section, changes are not getting saved.
Has anyone faced similar issue ? Any input would be helpful.
