Not able to see custom background Image and Thumbnail image in Journeys

Summary:

Not able to see custom background Image and Thumbnail image.

The image URL present in the template.

The image URL is same for both.

Still we are not able see anything. Thumbnail image is white. The background image has changed but not as per the background image link provided.
