Setting the Task Owner to Area of Responsibility?

edited Dec 18, 2023 2:04PM in Journeys 4 comments

Summary:

Content (required):

If I set the task owner to area of responsibility, then does this mean that a selected group of people is responsible for completing that task as one? To be more clear, if a Journey is allocated to a selected group and one member of this group completes the task, will this mark as "Complete" for the other team members', too?

Example: A team is responsible to update Personal Details for a new hire. If Person A updates this information and marks "Complete" , will Person B and Person C see this reflected progress on their side?

Is this even possible?
