Summary: Email is not being sent out to pending worker


Content (required): I have created a pending worker journey (category Enterprise onboarding) in which I want to send out a welcome email to the pending worker's personal email address. While creating the pending worker I have captured the personal email address in the Work email field on the person screen. As soon as the pending worker record is approved then I expect the email to be sent out. But no email is getting sent. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
