How do Initiators Delete Journeys or View Tasks Awaiting Allocation?

Summary:

If I assign a journey to someone else outside of my hierarchy (either through "Allocation Checklist" or the new Journey UI), I do not have the ability to delete the journey NOR do I have the ability to see "Tasks Awaiting Allocation."

If a third party assigns that journey, I can see both (i.e. Ability to delete/modify/edit AND I can preview the Tasks Awaiting Allocation). Basically, if I assign it, my coworker has to delete it (or vice versa).

I don't remember having this issue prior to 22B, but maybe I had fewer requests to delete. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
