Journeys - Eligibility Profile
Two part question, for which I'd be grateful for any assistance or comment:
1.
Are there any Doc IDs, or CCC posts that walk through steps of how to establish Eligibility Profile in Journeys?
2.
Once steps on how to create Eligibility Profile established, scenario based upon the following example:
We host a number of employees on our HCM instance, across different departments. Each of those depts have their own Intranet sites, which will contain useful links that can be placed within Journeys tasks.
Rather than place different Intranet links into Journey tasks that all employees see, would like the eligibility profile to ensure employee only sees links relevant to dept they work for.
