Significance of "Archive" and "Purge" on Checklist Template configuration?

edited May 1, 2023 3:04PM in Journeys 1 comment

Summary:

Hi All,

When configuring a checklist template - under the "General" tab, we have two settings available:

1) Archive After Months: Indicates the duration after which completed allocated checklists will be archived. Maximum is 60.

2) Purge After Months: Indicates the duration after which all archived checklists will be purged. Maximum is 60.

What does Oracle mean by "archiving" an allocated checklist and "purging" an allocated checklist?

Does this dictate when the associated data is wiped from the system and no longer available for reporting?

What would be the implications of leaving these fields blank in the configuration?

Thank you,

William
