Attachments are not visible to the performer for certain tasks - Onboarding Journey

Hello,

We are facing an issue in which certain new workers are unable to have visibility of the attachments in the Document Tasks of the checklists, even though the tasks have the attachments:

Do you know what might be the cause of this issue? According me, this behavior is unexpected as other workers can see everything correctly.
