Journeys 'Contact Us' Unexpected Behavior
Summary:
We have a checklist task configured with an Owner of a specific user. When a person is assigned the task, they are seeing an entire AOR under the 'Contact Us' area. We we're expecting that the owner (the specific user) would show under 'Contact Us'. What is causing the problem?
