How to make a Journey Task Eligibility based on the Descriptive Flex Field value in the Position of the new employee?

Content (required):

We want tasks in our Onboarding Journey to be made eligible for the new employees based on the value in the drop down of a descriptive flex field in the Position setup of the position in the employee's assignment.

For example, Health Check Level is a descriptive flex field in the Position page.

If the value is Level A for the Health Check Level field in the position, the new employee onboarding journey for that position must have the Level A Health Check task.
