Tasks not opening in a Journey - Why?

Summary:

Sometimes when HR click on a journey task, it doesn't open (see images below). If they open an incognito window it works.

We asked HR to clear their cookies and cache and try to open the task again, it didn't work.

It seems to happen at random, we cannot find a common denominator as to why this is happening to the operators.
