Responsys 26B features mobile updates including:  

  • Consent Capture: RCS/WhatsApp messaging now records subscriber permission status via opt-out buttons or keywords, updating OTT PETs if opt-out intent is shown within 4 days of the last message.
  • Custom Columns in WA/RCS events - All WA and RCS events will now capture additional brand specific proprietary information passed as key-value pairs while configuring OTT programs. These will be available as part of Delivered event.
