Journey eligibility profile is evaluation using HSDL

Summary:

We are trying to load a Journey using HSDL. we would like to know how the eligibility evaluation process occurs. Eligibility is not considered if we are loading through HDL and even for REST API evaluation occurs at task level but not at the Checklist level. for HSDL how does the evaluation happen. does it consider eligibility profile at checklist or task level or doesn't consider the the way HDL
