My understanding is the following, please correct me if I am misunderstanding:

Archive: Archives defined checklists in terminal status completed before x date. No purge planned.

Archive and Purge: Archives, then purges defined checklists in terminal status. Number of months = # months after completion date the checklist archives, and and # months after archive date the checklist purges

• For this option, there is only one option for Number of Months

Purge: Purges defined checklists in archive status x months after archive date
