How can I see the details in the logs when a Journey is assigned?

Summary:

In order to troubleshot when I journey is assigned, we need more tools to view what is happening behind scenes

Content (required):

We have created Journeys of the Person Type and we use eligibility profiles to assign the Journey

At this moment we have an issue where a task in a Journey was assigned to the Initiator instead of the Manager (as configured), and we don't have a way to see what happened other than the Checklist console, that provides IDs like Action Occurrence ID, Allocated Checklist Identifier, Checklist Action Occurrence Item ID and Object Change ID, but we are not aware of a way to check those logs generated
