How would a worker track the tasks status in the Offboarding Journey?

The ability to track all the offboarding tasks status if the employee is not the owner or the performer.

Hello Team,

We have a requirement as the following:

When configuring the offboarding journey, we had tasks assigned to the worker; others were assigned to ( AOR and Line Managers ). There are tasks that should be performed by the AOR( HR specialist, like initiating the clearance process) and the owner (HR Manager); in this case, both are receiving the notifications for this task, and the employee is not getting any notification, in fact, the task won't be displayed in his task list under the offboarding journey ( see the attached picture - the exit interview is the only task showing- under my journey from an employee user
