Is the calls limit for a new token request calculated summing up the ones for a refresh token?

Hello,

I would like to ask you two questions.

Is the calls limit for a new token request calculated summing up the calls limit for a refresh token request or they are two different calls with a different limit?

Is there a way to see, from responsys side, these errors/number of calls for hour or only the caller can see this information?
