Checklist Header with Absence Type Information

Summary:

We configured a checklist journey to trigger for some absence types for employee to fill out if a replacement is needed while that employee is away/absent. Is there a way to pull the absence type name in the checklist or task?

For example, I submitted two different absence types in one day. Both absence types were configured to have a checklist triggered.

Is it possible that in the header or somewhere in the Task page, to pull the absence type name or reflect to which absence type that checklist is for?
