why is my checklist questionnaire not showing all the responses added

Summary:

Hi, we´re working with an offboarding chechlist and one of the tasks is a questionnaire for a worker. The issue is that when the worker opens the questionnaire, one question is not showing all the responses added, but when we check the questionnaire in setu up and maintenance it shows all the options added to that question that are 53 and in the worker profile it just shows 20 and a notification "More results available, please filter further" but still don´t show more options.

Have anyone had this issue before?
