How to Prepare

Please complete these high-level tasks well ahead of the OCI Migration start date. Please work with your IT department and/or your partners' IT departments, as needed to work through these important actions:

  1. Adopt global routing service endpoints, as these will be the only way to access your account once it is migrated to OCI; adoption can occur anytime between now and the migration.
    • Global routing service endpoints exist for the life of your account regardless of where your account is housed in Oracle Responsys' environments.
