How long are questionnaire responses visible in checklists?

Summary:

We are planning to use questionnaire tasks to capture health declaration responses and other subjects in our onboarding journey. It is important that this information remains visible in the system in case we need to refer to it later. I am concerned whether the information is no longer visible if the checklist is archived. Does anyone have any experience of this and is there a way to view the responses months or years later?
