During testing 23D feature SPECIFY TASK EXPIRY WHEN CREATING JOURNEY TASKS, I noticed that once a Journeys task is expired, it displays as Completed, even if the employee has not actually completed the Journey.

Steps:

  • Assign Journey to employee
  • Journey is set to expire for x amount of time after the Assigned Date
  • Employee does NOT complete the tasks in the Journey on time
  • Journey displays tasks as Expired, but Journey displays as Completed

Can we configure Expired Journeys/Tasks to display as Expired? Currently, it looks like the expired Journey will auto-complete.
