How can we retrieve email notifications sent to employees

Summary:

An employee was terminated involuntarily and last working day was 18th Dec 2023. Post termination, employee was receiving emails on personal email address for some of the tasks of Involuntary Off Boarding Checklist.

Why email notification is sent to personal email address that too after termination date?

Can we find out for which tasks emails have been sent ?
