How to Add a Field in Customer FBDI Template

Summary:

We have a requirement to Capture D&B Credit Ratings onm Customer master. Have enabled the D&B Credit Rating feild as suggested in the Oracle Note 'How to Add Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Credit Rating at Party Level - Organization Information Area? (Doc ID 2901399.1)' Do not see this feild even with unhiding the feilds in FBDI Customer Import template. Is there a way of entering and updating values to this feild using thre Customer FBDI template. We are trying to identify a Process to maintain the Credit Ratings on Customer Master either through a interface with D&B or a manual
