Remove Name Validation for E-Signature

Summary:

We have many candidates that receive the name error when signing their journeys with their Display Name. They will be able to sign a couple of their journey tasks then suddenly the error will be thrown, it is really hard for us to troubleshoot the issue. Therefore, we want to have an E-signature task that would make the candidate enter their name to sign the form, and the name, date, IP address will still get added to the document and then the document still gets stored in Document Records for legality.
