Is there a way change all the links to point from Production to the new environment after a refresh?

Summary:We have a large number of journeys and use the Notes sections to link employees out to different areas of HCM or to different reports and dashboards. Everytime we do a P2T refresh we have to go in and ensure that all of those links are changed to point to the correct environment. There has to be a better way to do this, as we move more and more of our activity to Journeys the overhead for a refresh is starting to get out of hand.
