Person checklist updates via HDL - skip first journey task and modify due date

I'm in the process of converting legacy workflow into Oracle journeys. I'm familiar with the HDL AllocateChecklist.dat to get the journeys created (no problem there).

However, since the first journey task was already completed in the legacy workflow, I'd like to mark that first step completed via HDL as the employee wouldn't need to complete.

In addition, it possible to override/edit the "due date" via HDL since the original workflow was started in the past and the configuration rules wouldn't apply.
