Create a Custom Tile in Employee Benefits Self Service Screen

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a custom tile in Me -> Benefits screen

I have made the required changes. But when I click on the tile, it does not take me the targeted weblink. It simply takes me to the same screen when you click Need Help tile

I duplicated Need Help tile and then made the required changes. Please refer the 2nd screenshot.

Please advise on the available options to resolve this issue
