Contextual journey for document of record

Hi,

How to set up contextual journeys for different types of documents, especially when we have a mix of 20 diverse document types, each with its own set of tasks. 

The challenge here is that you can't just create separate contextual journeys for each document type, all with their own task lists.

Any idea?
