Ability to add DFF for Line Manager to see direct report details in checklist

Hi,

Do we have any possibility to add direct reports details for Line Manger Checklist.

Example: We need to see direct reports and dotted line reports for respective line manager automatically when the task assigned to Line Manager.

We have received new requirement to update performance rating from 1 to 10 to employees. This task should be assigned to Line Manager and it should be free text field to update the ratings. How to get the direct reports details in checklist DFF?

Provided below screenshot details for value set which we added. However, it's giving null result.
