Can we duplicate and assign the Oracle – Benefits Enrollment predefined journey template?

Summary:

We have duplicated the Oracle – Benefits Enrollment predefined journey template, made it active, and entered expiration days for each task. When we tried to assign the duplicated journey, we get the following error message:

The checklist couldn't be allocated. Try again later. (PER-1532327)

We were able to duplicate an Absence predefined journey template, set it as active, include all necessary details, and assign it to the same employee without an error. The documentation indicates that the benefits predefined journey template can be assigned to workers.

Should we be able to duplicate this predefined journeys template and assign it to employees? Is there a step that we're missing?
