How to disable employee from entering same ICP if one is pending for approval

Summary:

I have set CMP_DISABLE_PENDING_APPROVALS_CHECK_IN_MANAGE_CONTRIBUTION = Y, and this prohibits employee from entering any plan if one plan is pending for approval.

But our requirement is different. For eg: Plan A and Plan B Exist.

If one of the plan A is pending for approval, employee should be restricted from submitting Plan A. But there will be no restriction to enter Plan B.

How to achieve this.
