How to prevent Customer_id duplication in Contact_list

Hi,

I have created an SQL query to find the duplicate Customer_ID count in the Contact_List. I'm manually deleting the Customer ID each day.

I want to prevent the Customer_IDs from getting duplicated in the contact list.

Kindly please post your suggestions.
