How to create new Email Template

The generic templates for HCM Journey and task notifications does not look very authentic. It also has below warning, which prompts employees to ignore the email.

We would like to have a template with Company Logo/Title and remove this warning.

I am not aware of how to create a new template and looking for a step by step guide.

Email warning Message:
