We noticed that when the employee submitted an attachment via the embedded application task, no notification/approval was triggered to HR/Payroll and the document is auto-approved - is this expected behaviour?

Similarly, if after submitting the attachment, the employee deleted the attachment, no notification/approval was triggered to HR/Payroll - is this expected behaviour?

Ideally, our requirements would be:

  1. employee adds attachment via embedded application task - approval triggered to HR
  2. employee removes attachment via embedded application task - approval/notification triggered to HR

Is this possible?
