Navigation path of adding contacts in Customer Account:

Navigator→ Receivables→ Billing→ Click on the Task icon on the right side of the page Under the Customers section, Manage Customers→ Search by specific Account Number → click on Account number to see Account details→ Go to Communication Tab→ Edit Contacts → Click on Actions→ Create Contact to create contact or click on Add contact to add existing contact to the account.
