How to assign multiple Journeys without using direct reports

Summary:

I am trying to assign Journeys by Organization but person selection is *Required, we do not use direct reports so there is no 'top' person to select. Our security is based on AOR not employee/supervisor relationship.

Is it possible, from the UI, to assign multiple Journeys based on eligibility profile alone?
