Is it possible to change the subject of Welcome Email in Journeys?

Summary:

We have a requirement in which we have customised the seeded ChecklistWelcomeReport to update the content of the Welcome Email to the new joiners. We are required to update the subject of the mail as well. Is there a way to update the subject ?

By default the subject is - FYI: New Hire Onboarding for Full_Name (Person_Number)
