Journeys to the pending worker without oracle application application access

Hi All,

My client wants to enable journeys for pending worker. But the Challange is there is a restriction in providing the oracle application access before joining the company. without the oracle application access how can the journeys be assigned to the pending worker?

what is the work around for this? can someone guide me on this?
