OFSC session timeout

Where can I find info about the timeout period for Single Sign-On users for OFSC?

We have several users reporting that they frequently get the "Session has timed out" message and need to sign in again.
I checked our SAML login policy screen but don't see any settings related to timeout. I want to know what triggers a timeout for our users.
If users do a fresh sign-in every day, should we still expect them to get session timeout messages?
