Journey Email not trigger for onboarding in outlook.

Summary:

Hi Team,

For new hire employee journey should be trigger in bell Icon and as well in email. But one of our employees employee didn't get the email in outlook.

this is for only one employee, we have also checked in junk email as well. and didn't find.

Is there any way where we can find that email has been trigger? so accordingly we will check with IT team.
