Can't see assigned Journey for the returner

Summary:
Hi all,

Normally I can see all the assigned journeys using - Journeys - Assigned Journeys - search for the person, but I can't find the journey that we have assigned to the person who is re-joiner.

We have a confirmation from the person that they have completed the journey, but even if the journey is not completed, I should be able to see and find it.

Are you aware of any issues with the Journeys for the re-joiners that already have an inactive record from the past, and active pending worker record now?
