Journey is not displayed in ME – Journeys for new pending worker

Summary: A journey is correctly assigned to the new pending worker, he can see the journey when he uses the link sent in the journey assignment notification. But, in the menu ME – Journey the journey is not displayed.

To display the journey we need to run the process ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS with the parameter fa-hcm-workerjourney.

I don’t understand why I have to schedule this process every time I add a new pending worker; in my opinion the process should be launched once but not scheduled every hour or 30 mns.

I guess that I’ve missed something but I can’t find what.
