Journey getting triggered for LOA before it is approved and updated in the assignment

Summary:

Hello, We have a journey for Leave of Absence where the journey should trigger only after the LOA is approved and added to the employee's assignment. However, upon testing we are noticing that the journey is getting triggered as soon as the employee is applying for the leave in the absence section. Can someone please help and suggest what am I missing. Thank you
